1.
Application
This standard for strong springs is designed for press mold. Its requirement and quality can be selected from the table below. And it also performs better with the general machinery.
2.
Features
IK's springs with great strength are made of heterologous cross-sectional materials unlike usual round springs. And we succeeded in miniaturizing the mold. And also we are ready for mass production in order to meet our customers' demands.
3.
Type
IK has 5 types of springs as below, which are easily distinguished by color.

IK's powerful springs - JIS G3566, G3560, G3561, SWOSC-V
–
are especially effective against high stress, high-speed amplitude, and heat. Especially they have been used for car engine valves.
The standard of oil tempered wire is established by ASTM in USA, 1939. At this period the Swedish started to produce galpitan. In the case of Japan they began to make it in 1955 by adopting American technologies after they were defeated. In Korea KISWIRE(Goryo Steel) manufactured for the first time in 1995.

5.
Manufacture
The main essence of IK's powerful springs are SWOCV-V ~
SWOSC-B. We manufacture our products through severe tests under strict process control (360 ~ 500 times per minute).

How to know of Strong Springs.
There are 4 points that you have to consider when choosing Strong Springs.
1. Load – 400kg 2.Outer diameter – 50 ø 3. The number of uses – 1 million times 4 Compressed volume– 30m/m
Please refer to the table of load curves below. And please see the intersection point of vertical column ① Load 400kg, and horizontal column ② spring outer diameter, 50 ø. You can get the Red line, medium load. Then, please see the medium load from the standard table below. It chooses JM50 x 125, in the case of ③ the number of uses, 1million times, and ④ compressed volume, 30m/m.
